Last Wednesday, Christie’s France previewed the season’s sales highlights. The masterpieces of impressionist, modern and contemporary art, design and photography rub shoulders without blushing in the Hôtel particulier on avenue Matignon, and promise an autumn-winter full of auction records.
As every year, Christie’s takes advantage of the FIAC and the resulting crystallization of collectors to host a musical evening as close as possible to his works. And this time, Jean-Benoit Duncket, half of the AIR group, was in charge of the soundtrack.
You too, if one day you want to try the experience of sipping a Spritz 2 millimetres from a Basquiat, a Warhol or a Picasso, go to 9 avenue Matignon on the second evening of the FIAC. But don’t spill your drink.
