The Outstanding Surrealist Dinner and Ball by the Amis du Centre Pompidou
On Tuesday, nearly 1,000 people gathered at the heart of the collections of the Musée National d’Art Moderne for the Amis du Centre Pompidou dinner.
This year, the guests gathered to celebrate the centenary of Surrealism and announce the major exhibition, “Surrealism First and Forever,” which will open at the Centre Pompidou in September 2024.
Black tie, dresses, hats, accessories, hairstyles and shoes… the outfits, each more imaginative than the last, made for a spectacular evening!
Philanthropists, collectors, artists, gallerists, art and culture professionals as well as couture, jewelry and luxury houses, came from all over the world for the occasion. We met Daniel Roseberry, Carine Roitfeld, Farida Khelfa, Emma Lavigne, Simon Porte Jacquemus, Samia Saouma, Kamel Mennour, Emmanuel Perrotin, Lou Doillon, Socha Miles, Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza, Jenke Ahmed Tailly, Barbara Corti, and to mention a few artists: Wolfgang Tillmans, Luc Tuymans, Hélène Delprat, Pol Taburet, Giulia Andreani, Julien Creuzet, Annette Messager, Mathieu Lehanneur, Barbara Chase-Riboud, Raphael Barontini and Seffa Klein.
