FAB Paris Opening Dinner
Born out of the alliance between Fine Arts Paris and La Biennale des Antiquaires, FAB Paris imposes itself in the French capital as the first generalist fair devoted to the fine arts. This new cultural event, which takes place in the heart of the Grand Palais Éphémère, offers visitors the chance to discover the diversity and richness of artistic expression through works by 110 galleries from 12 different countries. From classical to contemporary creations, including jewellery, paintings and design pieces, FAB Paris’ programme embraces artistic excellence in all its forms.
To celebrate this very first edition, Mathias Ary Jan, President of the Syndicat National des Antiquaires – the organiser of the dinner – and Louis de Bayser, President of FAB Paris, hosted a gala dinner for some 600 guests on Monday 20 November. After being greeted by the performance of a soprano accompanied by a cellist and harpists, guests had the privilege of previewing the major works on show. Following this exclusive visit, guests gathered around a delightful dinner table, courtesy of Caviar Kaspia. We had the pleasure of meeting Jacques Garcia, Alain-Dominique Perrin, Prince Amyn Aga Khan, Becca Cason Thrash, Constance Guisset, Pierre Louette, Hervé Aaron, Anisabelle Berès- Montanari… and personalities such as Jacques Grange, Pierre Passebon, Nicole Garcia, Didier Fusillier, Nadia Farès…
