Created by Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers (Chairman and founder of the Mazarine Group), Reiffers Art Initiatives is a philanthropic endowment fund devoted to supporting young contemporary artists and promoting cultural diversity. Placing a particular emphasis on the diversity of the French art scene, the foundation welcomes around thirty emerging artists every year. One of its most significant initiatives is the mentoring programme, which pairs a major figure in contemporary art with a young artist, fostering an inter-generational dialogue. In addition, the Reiffers Art Initiatives Prize highlights the work of an emerging artist every spring. Thanks to the endowment of the Mazarine Group, the foundation contributes to giving international exposure to French artists that will shape the contemporary creative landscape. Exhibitions are held mainly at the Reiffers Art Center, a cultural space located at 30 rue des Acacias in Paris, devoted to showcasing the work of the supported artists.
