Rolls-Royce Motor Cars unveils today Phantom Syntopia, a sophisticated masterpiece inspired by haute couture and crafted in collaboration with renowned Dutch haute couture designer Iris van Herpen. Based on the Phantom Extended – the version that counts with an aluminium spaceframe chassis – this new model is the most technically complex commission ever undertaken by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective. Phantom Syntopia is named after Iris Van Herpen’s 2018 signature collection, designed under the principles of biomimetics, that is, biologically-inspired design. After four years of development, this intricate chef-d’oeuvre is finally complete and will soon find its place in the private collections of the brand’s most select customers.
