Thinking of it today, it seems quite unlikely that Adamo was inspired by this sublime Ferrari when writing his famous song “mes mains sur tes hanches” (my hands on your hips, in English) back in 1965… And yet those lyrics come to mind instantly when looking at the wide wheel arches encompassing the bodywork of this 620hp car. Already desirable as a coupe, and erasing the shortcomings of some of Maranello’s productions of the last decade, the spider version promises breathtaking performances as exhilarating as the air flowing through it. Outrageously expensive, of course. It’s scheduled for release in the summer, which promises to be a hot one.
