Zadig&Voltaire’s Tribute to Chinese Contemporary Art and Women
Art is a powerful tool for change, Zadig&Voltaire knows it very well and has always kept a close bond to the world of contemporary art by collaborating with many artists and promoting creativity. It is in this spirit that the French label unveiled “Party de Renaissance”, an artwork made in collaboration with Chinese artist Fang Wen that perfectly captures their shared values. The presentation took place Tuesday 7 during a cocktail evening at the Chateau Voltaire and was also the occasion to celebrate both International Women’s Day and Chinese contemporary art. A perfect blend of art, creativity and unity, the evening was more than a mere celebration, it was a tribute to cultural exchange, women’s independence and, of course, contemporary art and its potential to have a positive impact on the world. The choice of Fang Wen for this collaboration couldn’t have been more apt, as Fang Wen is well-known for the social dimension of her multidisciplinary practice. A perfect blend of art, creativity and unity on an international scale.
