Opened in 2004, the Eva Hober gallery had taken its quarters in the third Parisian district successively rue Saint-Claude then rue Chapon in 2011. For the past six years, no less than forty exhibitions of contemporary French and foreign artists have been held in this space. Among them, names that are now recurrent on the Parisian and international art scene, such as Clément Cogitore or Rebecca Bournigault. Today, the gallery is moving. At 156 boulevard Haussmann, it opens its doors a few metres from the Jacquemart-André museum, simultaneously inaugurating “Seuils”, a monographic exhibition by the artist Youcef Korichi. For this moment of celebration, reunion and sharing, Eva Hober had invited her close collaborators and followers of the first hour around a cocktail between inside and outside, the rain having decided not to come to play the troublemaker.
