Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale, A Unique Fair Dedicated to Fine Arts
Founded in 1956, La Biennale des Antiquaires merges with the newly born fair Fine Arts Paris. Two major cultural events with strong identities and expertise have decided to join forces to become an unmissable meeting place for art lovers, from Antiquity to the Modern Age. As selective as ever, this new format broadens the fair’s horizons in order to present international art dealers with an ever more refined selection of works, brought together by 86 exceptional exponents. Fine Art Paris & La Biennale still focuses, of course, on Fine Arts but will now also include several galeries specialized in non-Western art, ancient jewelry and contemporary art.
To mark the opening of the event, held under the noble patronage of President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron and co-chaired by Anisabelle Berès-Montanari and Louis de Bayser, a gala dinner was hosted on Monday evening, organized by the Syndicat National des Antiquaires at Carrousel du Louvre.
