“Chaillot Experience #7” Celebrates Humans, Anthropocene: Arts, Ecology, and Activism
The Anthropocene, a hot topic for discussion, is defined as the geological era during which the influence of human beings on their environment has taken precedence over the forces of nature. Following on from “Imaginaires en archipel”, the prior event of the series, “Anthropocene” creates a space for collective reflection.
Firmly believing that ecological issues must be collectively discussed and engage participation from all society members, the artists and speakers of “Chaillot Experience #7” have designed a programme addressing the Anthropocene through interactive and immersive installations.
For those of you who are more curious, you can find the interview with Rachid Ouramdame here, and be sure to tune in on March 16th for the Chaillot Expérience #8, the eighth instalment of the nine-part season at Chaillot-Théâtre national de la Danse.
