A Bespoke Cast for Vêtements’ Fashion Show

This 1st of March saw Vêtements’ triumphant return to the official Paris Fashion Week calendar. Under the direction of Guram Gvasalia, brother of Demna (Balenciaga’s artistic director), the label made quite some noise by summoning a cast as shocking as it was prestigious to embody its latest collection.

Natalia Vodianova opened the show making her appearance under red lights, closely followed by the likes of Alexander Edwards, Cher’s partner, and Anwar Hadid, brother of the famous Hadid sisters. Models Suzi de Givenchy and Winnie Harlow were also glowing on the catwalk, alongside Georgina Rodriguez, Cristiano Ronaldo’s wife. The highlight of the show was courtesy of Marcia Cross, former Desperate Housewives actress, who made a breathtaking appearance, draped in a long red rhinestone dress.

The silhouettes sparked quite some reactions, whether it was astonishment or contemplation, no one was left indifferent. The collection showcased daring and assertive looks, including oversized suits, teddy bear coats, sweatshirts with punchy messages, formal blazers, hooded dresses, leather jackets and cargo trousers.

In short, Vêtements delivered an unforgettable fashion experience, blending eccentricity with a sensational cast to celebrate its 10th anniversary on a high note.

An exceptional line-up of guests included Antoine Arnault, Olivier Roustein, J Balvin, Noah Cyrus, Koba la D, Tyga, Julia Fox, Michele Lamy and Juergen Teller.
