At a time when traditional car manufacturers are building ostentatious luxury buildings – to convince their customers to extend the experience by living in a building signed with their grille – Polestar is taking the exact opposite approach. Known for its 100% electric cars, Volvo’s sister brand (unfortunately not distributed in France) has just launched an ambitious treehouse program. Chic, eco-designed “tiny houses” that invite drivers to go deep into the woods and enjoy nature in a glass pod, anchored in a trunk a few meters above the ground. For the moment, the prototype has been installed in Fiskars, Sweden, and will be developed according to public interest.
