Hennessy V.S x Xavier Pincemin : (F)EAT, a unique experience

The 250 year-old cognac brand once again proves its eternal relevance. By opening (F)EAT, an ephemeral restaurant, Hennessy reveals the full range of its famous cognac’s potential. The restaurant, headed by chef Xavier Pincemin (yes, the 2016 winner of French contest Top Chef), is to open in Paris from September 22 to October 4. F(EAT) will be a place of expression for many talents: gastronomic street food and mixology, Yonni André Bella Ola will bring a new light on the iconic spirit. From toasted almond to brown sugar and vanilla, the chef will most certainly add his own take on it. After dinner, some will be able to extend the experience in the ephemeral bar-club basement.
