Venice Film Festival : made in Cartier

Julianne Moore, Bianca Brandolini, Catherine Deneuve, Mélanie Laurent all wore Cartier. The famous French Maison illuminated the Venice Film Festival with its incredible selection of pieces including a very carefully curated choice of necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and brooches lent as ornaments to complete actresses and actors’ (i.e Thimothée Chalamet) fabulous outfits. Most jewels were selected among the latest collections, but some precious vintage items also belonged to the archival collections. Emma Chamberlain was honored to make her debut in Venice wearing unique gold pieces from the 1997 Cartier collection.

Cartier also animated the Laguna with an expansive program of events, starting with a dedicated ‘Cartier e il Cinema’ exhibition in the Venice boutique. The Cartier Glory to the Filmmaker award was given to U.S. director, screenwriter and producer Walter Hill. Last but not the least, Georgian brand ambassador and pianist Khatia Buniatishvili performed during a special dinner hosted by Cartier in the Arsenale.
