Celebrating the Extraordinary Perrotin & Artists Donation at the Georges
Alongside its new exhibitions, Galerie Perrotin has also recently announced the opening of its very first London space and an unprecedented donation, achieving some remarkable milestones that position the gallery as one of the leading forces of the cultural season this Fall. Last month, the news of the Perrotin & Artists donation heralded the arrival of 23 new artworks at the Centre Pompidou, courtesy of the gallery and 17 of its artists, their gesture represents a substantial contribution to the preservation of artistic patrimony. Finding their new home at level 4 of the museum, these pieces now join the masterpieces making up the collection of the Musée National d’Art Moderne – Centre Georges Pompidou.
On October 13th, in the run-up to Paris Art Week, all key players of the cultural scene gathered to discover this extraordinary donation during an equally exceptional evening.
