Erdem’s timeless garden for H&M

Every year, this is the collab everyone expects. November has already been twelve years since the arrival in the H&M boutique of the collection designed by a renowned designer. This year, it is Erdem who takes over from Karl Lagerfeld, Margiela, Lanvin or, most recently, the duo Umberto Leon & Carol Lim at Kenzo. The London-based designer proposes a man and woman line with a strong floral inspiration. Announced several weeks ago, it was on social networks that the details of the collaboration were discovered in droves – first the pieces from the collection, then more recently the advertising film made by none other than the great Baz Luhrmann. The perfect harmony between Erdem Moralioglu’s sensitivity and the director’s enchanting eye. The collection was presented last night in Paris and, in this post-Fiac period where the bustle gave way to a temporary calm, the evening was already on everyone’s lips a few days earlier. Transformed into a “magical garden” out of time, the Hotel du Duc welcomed actors Niels Schneider, Alma Jodorowsky and Karidja Touré and the cool girls whose “fashion” is not happening, Tamy Glauser and Bianca O’Brien. A plant-friendly evening that already prefigures the success of the collab, in stores on November 2…
