Artcurial presents its Design and Contemporary Art exhibition In Milan
From October 24th-26th, Artcurial presented a new exhibition in its Milanese space dedicated to Italian design and modern and contemporary art. With “Design Italiano & Arte Moderna e Contemporanea”, the auction house has unveiled a wide range of works and pieces of furniture to the public. Among the hundred or so lots that will be offered for sale in Paris on November 19th (for design) and December 3rd and 4th (for contemporary art) are a selection of standout works including Georges Mathieu’s paintings, Gio Ponti’s design pieces and a rare showcase by Carlo Scarpa. The Italian branch of Artcurial, managed by its director Emilie Volka, welcomed its privileged guests to discover the exhibition with Artcurial’s European director Martin Guesnet.
