Alain Ducasse and Le Meurice Celebrate 10 Years of Excellence Together

Le Meurice has long been standing as a symbol of avant-gardism by constantly reinventing its vision of the hotel industry. Today, it celebrates ten years of shared passion with chef Alain Ducasse, also a master in his field, that of haute cuisine. Given their respective sensitivities and expertise, the alliance between these two forces was only natural. Alain Ducasse’s innate talent lies in his ability to spot exceptionally gifted young talent. As for Le Meurice, the hotel has always supported emerging creators without hesitating when it comes to challenging traditional codes. Ten years have passed, and the pairing of Le Meurice and Alain Ducasse is as relevant and cutting-edge as the first day: alongside pastry chef Cedric Grolet, we find Amaury Bouhours, executive chef, and his room manager Olivier Bikao, rising stars who are redefining palace service. We also met Sarah Andelman, Anne Sophie Pic, Malene Rydahl, Thierry Ardisson and Audrey Crespo-Mara.
