Iconic design brand Seletti is collaborating with D1 Milano to launch an exclusive collection of two unique Polycarborn watches, sold as one product: “one design for the day and one for the night”. Inspired by the oppositions between day and night, this set of exclusive watches signifies multiple dualities and employs Seletti’s best-loved and best-known patterns. Two watches in a single box; the collaboration is meant as a metaphor for the dichotomies within our personalities, thoughts and relationships, and was released under the claim “TIME FOR (R)EVOLUTION”. Each watch is unique thanks to D1 Milano’s water-transfer technique, which embellishes watch case and bracelets; The night one with a night sky texture, and the day one with a cloud texture. Both designs are water-resistant, made of Polycarbon and coated with a soft finish giving them a smooth texture. The polycarbonate case that holds them is engraved with the icons of darkness and light: a missile and a paper aeroplane. To complete this special pack, Seletti has designed two ceramic miniatures representing the symbols of the collection. Seletti x D1 Milano is on sale from September 20 with 300 exclusive boxes available worldwide in D1 Milano stores, in some of the brand’s retailers and on the D1 Milano online site.
