Our Legacy Workshop is not well known in France. This digital and physical sales platform, based in England and Sweden, is also a content creation agency. Everything they sell has been produced from recycled deadstock. Pieces are thus produced in very small quantities, sometimes even as one-offs. For their new collection, the platform has teamed up with External Vacancy, a collective looking for solutions to reduce carbon footprint. During a project lasting several weeks, intended to give rise to the experimentation of an outdoor collection, the collective set up camp at the top of a mountain in British Columbia. Made entirely of stacked dry stone, this natural protection had to blend in with the landscape while providing effective protection for the group. We liked it all, the principle, the idea and the execution!
