Surf culture is in! After Chanel or Dior, Burberry has come up with their own vision of couture summer. Along with a collection of bathing suits, ready-to-wear and accessories embodied by Kendall Jenner, Burberry unveiled three surfboards customized by Peter Saville under the artistic direction of Ricardo Tisci. These objects of desire are sold exclusively in a pop-up store installed in the 376 Rue Saint-Honoré boutique in Paris. Peter Saville, as you may know, is also responsible for the brand’s new logo (the first time in 20 years) inspired by Burberry’s archive. Here, it is re-interpreted in shades of blue, citrus and beige. The boards were manufactured by a reference in the field: Euroglass, which has worked in Hossegor, France, for 30 years. In need of hype for your surf session? Look no further than Burberry.
