Vernissage “The Adding Machine”
On the occasion of the opening of the exhibition of the Swiss artist Mai-Thu Perret, Say Who? had the right to an integral visit of the impressive National Centre of Contemporary Art””le Magasin””, in Grenoble. The title of the exhibition,’The Adding Machine’, refers to William S.Burroughs”cut-up’ script and gives us a clue to Mai-Thu Perret’s particular way of producing his works and perpetually replaying their staging. A rare visit that seems to pass like a flash with this fascinating artist whose quality of plastic answers fits perfectly with the complex and sensitive thought.
