The 2024 LINK Dinner for AIDES Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of AIDES
On Monday, December 2nd, we attended the 14th LINK Dinner for AIDES, a fundraising evening held at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris to support the fight against HIV/AIDS. Bringing together celebrities and companies mobilised in support of the cause, this edition of the gala dinner was all the more special, as it also marked the 40th anniversary of AIDES, celebrating 40 years of unwavering commitment to defeating AIDS.
Hosted by Maïa Mazaurette, the evening was opened by the speeches of Aurélien Beaucamp and Jean-Guillaume Trottier, co-presidents of the LINK endowment fund, followed by the discourse of Camille Spire, Present of AIDES. To illustrate the scope of the organisation’s initiatives, LINK&AIDES godmother Cristina Cordula took to the stage to present the results of their project with women Guiana.
After a live performance by A Y Ọ and Julia Gautier’s DJ set, the evening culminated with the unveiling of the funds collected this year: 447,625 euros raised to fund AIDES’ campaigns. During the evening, we met Kam Hugh, Jeanne Friot, Hugo Marchand, Andy Gillet, and many more.
