“L’Heure espagnole”, The Gala Evening of the Opéra-Comique

The Gala Evening of the Opéra-Comique is a major event in the Parisian cultural calendar. This edition was held on March 6th and was inspired by Maurice Ravel’s iconic musical “L’Heure espagnole”. Running for the third consecutive year, this prestigious gala aims to raise funds to support the artistic and social projects of the institution.

Presided by Christine d’Ornano, the committee of patrons and friends of the Maison have been fully devoted to the planning of this exceptional event. These committed members exchanged ideas regularly to create a magical evening, inspired by dreams and poetry, to contribute to the flourishment of this unique Parisian venue.

After a brilliant performance of the Opéra-Comique repertoire, conducted by Louis Langrée and directed by Guillaume Gallienne, guests were treated to an exquisite dinner created by Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège. The evening concluded with an auction, where participants could make their contribution to the company’s legacy projects.

We had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa Von Zuylen, Christine d’Ornano, Mathilde Favier, Hubert Barrère, Thibault de Montaigu, Raphaella Riboud-Seydoux, Claire Chazal, Christophe Ono-dit-Biot, Kamel Mennour, Bianca Li, and Deborah Reyner.
