For its second edition, the M.I.A.M. has served us the recipe for a successful street food: a red boat with terrace for the holiday atmosphere, gourmands of all ages in search of new flavours, and an innovative cuisine that revisits the great classics. This time, the famous “fish and chips” were in the spotlight: from Mickaël Féval’s sour-sweet cod churros to Toyo’s Japanese breaded breads and chocolate croquettes made in Fauchon, the snacking took on a glamorous slap.
