Last night the Grandes Tables du 104 hosted the Mix en Bouche evening, or the sweet combination of food/drinks/music. The small dishes of the chefs Fabrice Biasolo, Benjamin Darnaud, Alexandre Bela Ola, and the delights of Chloé.S delighted the taste buds of the guests, sprinkled with cocktails shaken by Fred le Bordays and the wine selection of Benoit Biasolo. On the music side, an effective line-up completed the epicurean four: Pilooski, Eva Peel and The FK.
