LUX: Charles Zana’s Artistic Sparkle

With the exhibition “Lux”, the Charles Zana Gallery invites visitors to immerse themselves in the artistic world of interior designer Charles Zana. The staging evokes the image of a constellation, only composed of lighting fixtures, thus plunging visitors into a space dominated by a subtle interplay of light and shadow. The generous shapes of the pieces, crafted from noble materials such as brass, wood, marble and bronze, grant the pieces a unique character. The installation also embodies Zana’s distinctive signature, celebrating creative freedom by relying on small-scale production. By skillfully blending aesthetics and functionality, Lux transcends the functional nature of luminaires and elevates them to the artwork status. It is a must-attend event for art lovers and architect enthusiasts alike. At the exhibition opening, we ran into François Halard, José Lévy, Luc Sciberras, Raphael Usta, Milo Lignel, Claudia Smart, Marie Aresté, Aurélie Julien, Tracy Francelet, and Joanna Chevalier.
