Philippe Stark’s World Settles at Ketabi Bourdet with “Ubik”

Signed Philippe Starck. The French designer needs no further introduction. Whether it is a hotel, a watch, a piece of design or even a boat, Starck surely delivers a singular creation. Those passionate about his work will be happy to discover the exhibition “Ubik” at the Ketabi Bourdet gallery, located in the Parisian 7th arrondissement. This retrospective features furniture from the 80s, inspired by Philip Dick’s novel “Ubik”. Each of the pieces is a reference to a book character, and so this selection allows visitors to dive into two parallel worlds, those of Philippe Stark and Ubik. On Thursday 19, during the busy opening evening, we met Tom Vack, Inès Longevial, Charlotte Ketabi-Lebard, Paul Bourdet and the much-awaited Philippe Starck.
