There’s a new chapter in the history of the French interior designer : Liaigre opened this week a new address on Paris’ Right Bank. Located at 77 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the old building which used to house the antique dealer Steinitz, this new space is designed like an actual living space mixing Liaigre furniture, lighting and accessories with contemporary artworks in collaboration with Galerie Lelong. In a 800 square meter space, which is divided into four floors, customers and design lovers can immerse in what seems to be an actual private residence, from the library to the garden terrace, to even a dressing room. On the top floor, an artist’s studio will host temporary exhibitions and showcase exceptional pieces. For the occasion, Muriel Grateau, Charles Zana, Pierre Frey or Julien Desselle all attended the opening.
