In Hyères, music and photography with American Vintage
For the third consecutive year, American Vintage has been an official partner of the International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Fashion Accessories at the Villa Noailles. The collaboration provides an opportunity to spotlight new talent in international photography (notably its two previous winners, Luis Alberto Rodriguez and Sarah Mei Herman). For this year’s Hyères Festival, American Vintage presented ten finalists and–as a Saturday surprise–invited the duo HAUTE for a concert performance at the Villa’s Hanging Garden. Present were Lena Simonne, Alice Pfeiffer, designer Christine Phung and the brand’s CEO Michaël Azoulay. Later, everyone gathered to see Sarah Mei Herman’s exhibition at the Templar Tower. At the conclusion of the Festival, the American Vintage Photography Prize was awarded to the Frenchman Hubert Crabières.
