Dior x ELLE dinner magazine in honour of the film’The Last Face’ Club by Albane
In the series of Cannes dinners that have become institutions, that of Dior and Elle magazine was held last Friday evening at Albane.
A time relocated to the edge of the swimming pool of Eden Roc, Cap d’Antibes, the evening is this year back on the Croisette with its guest-list to make jealous an ascent of the steps of the Palais des Festivals. And since Cannes is all about cinema, the fashion house and the magazine have this time chosen to honour the film’The Last Face’, directed by Sean Penn and presented in official competition that day.
Sean Penn as a family, Elle Fanning, Faye Dunaway, Milla Jovovich and Chloë Sévigny completed the Franco-Hollywood cast of the new edition, composed for the French part by Jean Réno, Emmanuelle Béart, Juliette Binoche and Lambert Wilson. To link the whole, a lot of champagne but also and above all a rare and ethereal showacse of the Ugandan singer Geoffrey Oryemaq, which would have given Lea Seydoux desires of chicken yassa.
It’s not easy when you write about Cannes nights not to get into name-dropping, but one thing is for sure, Dior and Albane Cléret always offer us the most beautiful.
