The Conran Shop and La Maison d’Art AMELIE celebrate Art & Design
The Conran Shop Rive Gauche celebrated art and design with an exclusive installation in collaboration with La Maison d’Art AMELIE. La Maison d’Art AMELIE is a Parisian gallery that showcases the work of contemporary artists and designers from around the world. Two of these artists Frédéric Heurlier Cimolai and Tanguy Tolila have come together for “SUPER-POSITION” now on display at the Conran Shop. In this crossover project, the two designers overlap, blend their work together and nourish each other’s craft in form, material and color. The Conran Shop also hosted a preview presentation of Gubi’s reissue of a design classic from the 1970s : the Pacha armchair, revisited by Pierre Paulin in a swivel version, dressed in 8 exclusive fabrics. With Maison & Objet in full swing, Paulin joined La Maison d’Art AMELIE’s Amélie du Chalard and artists, designers and enthusiasts for a cocktail & DJ set.
