Bildung declares its “Independence Day”
Independence is Bildung’s motto. The consulting agency created in 2016 by Isabelle Moisy-Cobti and Simon Descamps (who have since been joined by Amandine Julien and Antoine Soubrier) is dedicated to promoting independent designers, particularly in the image, design, fashion and architecture sectors. The structure trains and accompanies actors and studios in these sectors at every stage of their career, from creation to business, and advises brands and institutions on their creative projects in order to imagine new types of collaborations. This week, Bildung organized its annual party around the theme “Independence Day” and invited designers, brands and journalists to the École Duperré. Several artists were invited to create works around the same theme for the occasion including: Damien Poulain, Marc Armand, Atelier Pierre-Pierre, Akatre, Cheval Vert, Golgotha, Niki Copi, Mathilde Nivet, Emmanuelle Goutal and Elena Rendina, and the Big Time studio – who were responsible for the evening’s scenography.
