An Icon of Parisian Nightlife, Davé Takes Over Guillaume Bénard’s restaurant Le Vesper
For this first edition of the new monthly event “Vesper Room,” orchestrated by Axel Huynh and Sam Bobino, iconic figure of Parisian nightlife DAVÉ took over the restaurant VESPER. This new temple of Japanese food in Paris is the place to be for dining and evening entertainment.
For an entire evening, Guillaume Bénard, President of the Fitz Group, handed over the keys to VESPER and gave DAVÉ carte blanche to revive the spirit of his famous restaurant, where the international jet set and celebrities from around the world used to gather. From Yves Saint Laurent to Madonna, Keith Haring to Leonardo DiCaprio, Helmut Newton, Mick Jagger, Francis Ford Coppola, Allen Ginsberg, and Marguerite Duras, everyone was at DAVÉ!
To celebrate the signing of his limited edition book “A Night at Davé,” published by IDEA LTD., featuring a foreword by Sofia Coppola and showcasing all of DAVÉ’s Polaroids, the evening proceeded with an IZAKAYA dinner. VESPER’s new signature culinary trend, the dinner was crafted by chef Roudy Petersen and paired with an exclusive selection of DAVÉ wines.
Guests included Olivier Zahm, Catherine Baba, Marie Beltrami, Massimiliano Di Battista, Dominique Busso, and Mélanie Huynh, who gathered in a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.
The perfect combination of fine dining and gossips, the evening was driven by the unique energy of DAVÉ and the VESPER teams, blending sophistication, excellence, and expertise. A vibrant and sensual night at the VESPER restaurant, the capital’s hot spot.
