Chanel and Vanity Fair invite Marion Cotillard and Elle Fanning to dinner
The Cannes Film Festival: room for more? A highlight of the Fortnight was the dinner organized by Chanel and Vanity Fair on La Terrace by Albane. (Only two days earlier, Quentin Tarantino and Brad Pitt had spent the evening there following the screening of “Once upon a time… in Hollywood.”) The luxury house and the magazine brought together some of the Festival’s most popular personalities: Marion Cotillard, Margot Robbie, Léa Seydoux, Elle Fanning and Milla Jovovovich dressed in beautiful Chanel looks. Virginie Viard, artistic director of the company, was present alongside Bruno Pavlovsky, president of Chanel’s fashion activities—plus Jonathan Newhouse, president of Condé Nast’s Board of Directors, and Yves Bougon, CEO of Condé Nast France. After a concert, guests sat at the long table and dinner doubled as a kind of family reunion. Everyone then migrated to the Club by Albane, capping off an exceptional evening.
