Geometries that become visual landscapes, colors that dialogue with matter, shapes that become domestic architecture. The collaboration between Zanotta and Muller Van Severen, a Belgian duo with a radical and poetic outlook, continues and is renewed in 2025, continuing to rewrite the lexicon of contemporary design with irony and rigor.

After the 2024 debut with the Z24 collection — a system of sideboards, sideboards and bedside tables inspired by the zigzag motif — the creative partnership is enriched with new types of furniture, among which Z24 Books stands out, a self-supporting bookcase that combines sculptural structure and functional versatility. Available in two heights, it can live against a wall or become a refined room divider.

The signature style is the unmistakable one of the duo: geometric rigor, chromatic tension, contrasting materials. The shoulders in shiny enameled steel – talc, caramel, amaranth, algae – support shelves in natural oak, giving life to a visual play of full and empty spaces, shadows and reliefs. “With Zanotta we feel free to go beyond conventional boundaries, while respecting the history of the brand,” say Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen. A happy collaboration, in balance between art and function, sculpture and inhabited space.
