Founded by Patrice Meignan, TheArsenale inaugurated its concept store at the Fairmont Monte Carlo with a unique collaboration around the Mobilize DUO, an urban electric quadricycle for two passengers. Accessible from 14 years (45 km/h) or 18 years (80 km/h), the DUO combines freedom, customization and low carbon footprint. Its minimalist design reveals a sophisticated interior with heated seats, air conditioning and storage. The car boasts new innovations: an advanced connectivity (keyless entry, remote control and location via the MyDuo app), but also a driver airbag—a world first for this type of vehicle. Made of 40% recycled materials and 95% recyclable, the DUO is a strong symbol of sustainable mobility. 

TheArsenale offers an exclusive customization kit called “Mobilize Duo by TheArsenale”. Limited to 50 numbered copies, it offers two iconic finishes — Intergalactic Blue and Flash Yellow Neon—accompanied by a unique accessory pack, turning each Duo into a true collector’s item. In a 100 m2 space designed as a « Villa Medici for mobility », TheArsenale blends galleries, design and innovation. After Miami, New York, Macao, Doha and Geneva, Monaco thus becomes a new strategic European hub for the brand, linking the world of luxury to that of tomorrow’s mobility.
