From this small portion of France in the United States, there are still some roots that have allowed this magnificent culture and charm beyond words to persist. A strong believer that our era could be combined with the past without sinking into a conventional nostalgia, Robert LeBlanc imagined this charming residence with only fourteen rooms. A pocket hotel built on the structure of a 19th century building, with meticulously-selected vintage decoration, this residence combines a taste of the landlords for music and biodynamic wines. As for the restaurant, which operates mainly in a short circuit, it combines local specialities (expect  modern takes on New Orleans classics) and creative bistronomy. At the back, a charming little swimming pool, where one can enjoy a signature cocktail from a variety of diabolical proposals.
