Sibylle Von Münster has always found a great deal of inspiration in large architectural projects, and has developed a talent for transforming the infinitely great into the infinitely small. To find a way to replicate Zaha Hadid’s organic curves or Frank Gehry impeccable rigor into jewelry, the young designer manages to defy proportions by mixing materials and pavings. Here, a provocative shade of silver competes with small curved beams bearing clear golden sections and luminous settings. Elsewhere, almost “Niemeryan”semi circles wrap the fingers. A stroke of Perriand and a touch of Frank Lloyd Wright make the essence of some pretty loops that are just waiting to be worn and shine under the light.
