A leading British designer, Samuel Ross excels both in fashion with his brand A-Cold-Wall and in industrial design through his studio SR_A. Awarded numerous distinctions (winner of the British Fashion Award for Emerging Menswear Designer, finalist for the Andam and LVMH Prize in 2018) and recognised for his prestigious collaborations (Nike, Adidas, Oakley, Apple), Ross made his debut in fine watchmaking in 2019 by winning the Hublot Design Prize. Due to their shared interest in innovative materials, the Nyon-based manufacturer entrusted him the task of reinterpreting its iconic model, the Big Bang. After two previous editions in orange and green, Ross and Hublot presented a new creation at the latest Miami Art Week: the Big Bang Tourbillon SR_A by Samuel Ross. This sculptural and aerodynamic piece, limited to 50 copies, is slim and light, adorned with a Klein blue that caught our eye.
