This new Sho Shibuya exhibition curated by Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent leaves a lasting impression. Set up on this week’s most coveted beach of the world (yes, because of Art Basel Miami), the installation comprises 55 sunsets designed by the artist during the first lockdown. The idea was to preserve these special moments of the everyday at a time when the world stopped, and it is also a nod to a ready-to-wear collection designed by Mr. Yves Saint Laurent 55 years ago. To top it all off, Shibuya’s work was also featured on the cover of The New York Times. Talk about a lasting impression!
