It was Tony Montana’s first choice in Scarface. In the early 80’s, Porsche’s queen of the road was not the 911, but the revolutionary 928. Round, powerful, luxurious, it had just won the title of car of the year against an aging 911. It is only fitting that the car was chosen for this iconic scene. Ironically, however, it missed the turn of the 90s and gradually fell under the radar of fans. Discontinued in 1995, its career as a collector’s item would remain discreet in comparison with the flamboyant rating of its younger sister, the 911. With the recent craze for all things 90’s, it came back to the forefront a couple of years ago. Moved by this avant-garde feature, the Nardone Automotive development office decided to reinterpret it in a retro-futuristic version. With a body made of composite materials, a new 6-speed gearbox and 400hp, this marvel is currently only available in 8 units, for a price hovering around 400,000€…
