The hotel has only just opened its doors and it is already the talk of the town in South Beach, Miami. The result of a collaboration between Pharrell Williams and David Grutman, The Goodtime Hotel seems to be an homage to cult filmmaker Wes Anderson, particularly to his iconic 2001 film ‘The Royal Tenenbaums’. The vintage look inspired by the 1930s and 1950s, as well as the pastel colors all contribute to perpetuating the city’s visual history. The place is picture-perfect just like a film set. Plus, according to its first aficionados (count the Beckhams or Kim Kardashian), it also has a purifying aura. With yoga or mixology classes and an Instagram-worthy « cool food », The Goodtime is the closest thing to paradise: pink flamingos and palm trees included.
