Pedro Almodóvar x Roche Bobois: Between Surrealism and Décor

Roche Bobois celebrates design as a visual and emotional story with Cromática, an exclusive collaboration that intertwines its creative universe with the unmistakable one of Pedro Almodóvar. On stage in the showroom at via Cavallotti 14, in the heart of the Durini Design District, a vivid and colorful tribute to the career of the Spanish director comes to life.

The fil rouge of the project is color, a central narrative element both in Almodóvar’s cinematic vocabulary and in the aesthetics of the Maison. The protagonist of the installation is the Lounge sofa, reissued with fabrics inspired by the posters and iconic scenes of the director’s films, alongside coordinated furnishings and decorative objects in the same chromatic and narrative mood.

An exceptional creative accomplice, Rossy de Palma signs a capsule collection for Roche Bobois inspired by Spanish culture and its surrealist style. Among the pieces, a make-up desk with an eye-shaped mirror stands out: a theatrical and intimate gesture, like a look inside the set of imagination.
