Built around a central open-air courtyard, with two curved reinforced concrete structures housing spaces designed to bring harmony to body and mind, this exclusive 2,570 m² villa is the largest project by the company to date. Several indoor and outdoor baths, including an outdoor infinity pool, in addition to a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment, a bathing area with sauna and cold water pool, and a double-height communal area, make it an outstanding property. All areas offer panoramic views of Mount Yotei and the surrounding slopes, accessible directly from a dedicated lounge equipped with a ski and equipment storage room. Reachable by road or via a private helipad, the property is scheduled to open in spring 2029.
