Nicolas Party x Hotel Le Sirenuse, the Bisazza Pool is Pure Art

Nicolas Party signs the brand new swimming pool of the luxury hotel Le Sirenuse in Positano. And he does it thanks to Bisazza, one of the most authoritative luxury brands in the field of design and world leader in the production of glass mosaic for interior and exterior decoration. The contemporary artist born in Lausanne, but long resident in New York, was inspired by the shades of water by choosing twenty-seven nuances of glass tiles from the Bisazza palette, ranging from light blue to cobalt blue to aqua green.

Party worked together with the experts of the Atelier to translate his original pastel drawing into a digitally created mosaic pattern. The swimming pool – which reproduces an environment suspended between sea and sky – is one of the many jewels in the crown of Le Sirenuse, a deluxe hotel owned by the Sersale family adored by celebrities such as Meghan Markle, Hugh Grant and Sienna Miller. The pool, which is ultimately a true art installation worthy of a museum, is part of the Artists at Le Sirenuse exhibition program, which since 2015 has been enriched with site-specific works by international artists.
