It is undoubtedly one of the most glamorous love stories of all time. On the occasion of the bicentenary of the Napoleon’s death, Chaumet has brought together in its salons an unprecedented collection of objects that bear witness to the passionate love that united the Emperor to Josephine. Curated by historian Pierre Branda, the 12 Vendôme was transformed into a precious museum displaying exceptional jewels, furniture and objects. Complete with correspondences, fabrics and anecdotes, the exhibition transports back in time for an hour or two. Open until July 18th, the exhibition is accessible for free, and you can book your visit directly from the website of Chaumet.
