MM6 Maison Margiela teams up with Salomon and presents the first chapter of their collaboration. First seen at the brand’s autumn-winter 2022 runway show in the orbit of the OTB Group, this capsule has caught our attention. The collection is inspired by everyday life and celebrates the unknown beauty of daily dressing, of the eclectic mix of garments that pass through the streets of our cities. The resultant trainers are a harmonious blend of MM6’s aesthetic non-conformism and Salomon’s high-tech design approach. Their collaboration takes the form of two models with distinct silhouettes: the Cross Low and the Cross High. Both models are available in black and white or red and pink, and only the Cross Low model comes in khaki and grass green tonalities. “Our goal was to take Salomon’s performance design to such an extreme level that it would fit perfectly into the MM6 Maison Margiela wardrobe,” stated the MM6 design team. The capsule will be available, from November 11, in MM6 Maison Margiela shops and online, as well as in some selected shops.
