In place of the historic post office on the rue de Louvres, Laurent Taïeb, the founder and artistic director, has realized his dream: to build a hotel offering without doubt, one of the most beautiful views of Paris. Located in the heart of a postcard Paris, a stone’s throw from Saint Eustache, the building, which took nine years to build, offers rooms designed like airplane cockpits. Under the sloping glass panels, you can see the roofs of Paris, punctuated only by a few monuments. Two restaurants, including one with Japanese influences, La Plume, top what will soon be a roof top (being completed at the time of writing) whose Instagram feed we can already imagine!
