Tucked away in the foothills of the Mercantour, this mountain inn of the Roya Valley is covered in snow in winter and remains pleasantly cool in summer. The owners, both Ferrandi graduates, pride themselves on simplicity and authenticity, offering local cuisine, natural wines, and lodging (including two geodesic cabins) with breathtaking views of the Mercantour.
